I'm not sure what an avatar is, but I have one. I couldn't find a picture that resembles a "mature woman", but I was able to change my hair color from purple to grey. Now back to work.
I created this avatar as part of my yahoo mail account. Then I copied and pasted it to my profile on my blog. I "Simpsonized" myself for my school webpage. Just go to simpsonize me on a google search.
